Over the past 15 years I have worked with people from all walks of life. I am a registered clinical psychotherapist with the Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia, and hold registrations with the Australian Counselling Association and the Australian & New Zealand Mental Health Association. In addition to this, I provide education and clinical supervision to other mental health professionals and am a registered provider with many Australian private health insurance organisations.
Combining a corporate career and years of study into mental health has equipped me with a range of skills that provide clients with an integrated approach to counselling and psychotherapy.
You get to decide the stories we share and arrive for therapy however you want. This includes folks who are struggling with the day to day and others who find themselves in a rut. I support you with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and intimacy concerns. With a contemporary approach to alcohol and drug use informed by harm minimisation I also have extensive experience supporting people exploring their identity, sexuality and relationships.
The format of our work is flexible. I work with individuals, relationships (couples/poly etc) and families. This includes work with young people, adolescents and adults.
I bring a curious and open mind to relationships and sexuality and operate an inclusive practice.
The best way to work out if I am the right therapist for you is to book an initial session or get in touch.
